Conditional Formatting

Let's say the data begin in row 2.
Select E2:E100 or however far down you want.
E2 should be the active cell in the selection.
On the Home tab of the ribbon, select Conditional Formatting > New Rule...
Select 'Use a formula to determine which cells to format'.
Enter the formula
=AND($B2="Med A",E2<>"")
Click Format...
Activate the Fill tab.
Select a highlight color.
Click OK, then click OK again.
You can now use the Format Painter to copy the formatting, including the conditional formatting rule, from E2:E100 to G2:G100, I2:I100 etc.
