Conditional Formatting for training matrix
- Jan 22, 2024
Thanks for the clarification. That does depend on the current date: if Bob completed training on 16-Oct-2023, the cell should currently be green. But when the current date is 16-Sep-24 it should change to orange.
Create rules like this:

Hi Hans, maybe I'm just getting a bit muddled up.
Its not dates that are 12months older than today.
So in this example Bob completed stock delivery training on the 16th of October 2023, This needs to change to due to expire ( yellow ) on the 16th of September and change to expired ( red)on 16th of October 2024.
Thank you for your assistance.

Greetings,
Thanks to all of you for your suggestion and contributions on my development.
I have created an excel macro-based tool which pick the extracted current dates file from the folder and update all the dates as per emp code and its course code and then conditional formatting as mentioned above
Thanks to all
Appreciated
Regards

This is exactly what I’m currently trying to do. I can do it on Excel (I use 365 at home), but I’m struggling to do this at on Excel via OneDrive at work. Any ideas?!

It should work the same way on OneDrive - what is the problem exactly?
- Fayes1987Jan 22, 2024Copper ContributorThanks Hans, I'll give it another go.
