Conditional Formatting and Blank Cells

Looking for some help please, didn't think this would be difficult but I cannot get it to work!
I am looking to use conditional formatting for a stock spreadsheet to highlight a date in Col F if the date cell in col I is blank and more than 60 days have passed. I can get it do one or the other (or variations of either) but not both!

=($I$1="")*($F1 > TODAY()-60)

for the rule formula

    The only, it was misprint in formula, it shall be $I1, not $I$1
