I am sure we can support you with this, but I really can't understand what exactly you want there? what do you mean when you say within? try to give us as many details as you can.

My apologies, when I say 'within' I mean..G3-J3=100 (738-838=100) color shade starts
G8-J8=75 (7822-7897=75)

My company does a service on their machines every 250 hours, the formula I am trying to implement is every time I change #'s in column G (current hours of unit) as it gets closer to column J (up coming service hours). Starting at the 100 marker and gradually getting more and more distinguishableHope that makes sense, not very easy to explain
