Compare data in the rows per every ID code, with the rows of another file to see differences

Hello Team,

I have a spreadsheet which its main data it is the ID, it represents an employee position, which can be repeted during the column. I would like to compare,
for each of the IDs, the data in the row of that ID with another excel sheet to see if they are the same or if there are differences.
For example to know if the ID "code" 43000000 matches all the data of its row (each of the columns of its row) with the same ID in another Excel sheet, to see if there are differences, and if so highlight them to know what they are.

Is it possible to achieve this with excel?
