If you have Microsoft 365 (or use Excel Online):

 

=SORT(UNIQUE(VSTACK(A2:A7, B2:B7)))

Sadly this doesn't work. It works perfectly for excel online once embed. However once I open the file via the desktop app- it breaks the link.

        That version is from August 2021, it may not have the VSTACK function yet...
