Combine sumif with sumbycolor? I think....

Hi all, 

I'm trying to populate the cells highlighted in red below: 

The highlighted green cells show values which are contracted by material code (this comes from another document) These materials are not continually contracted and can change month by month. I want to build this sheet so I can drop the data in and it will show by material group, by month what the contracted value is. 

For example in cell C26 I need it to sum if the group is VE14 in column B and if the cell colour is green in column C. 

I've been messing around with sumifs and sumbycolor but can't seem to get it right! any ideas?!
