Combination formula help

Hi,

I want to create a list of data which combines Data 1 with Data: A,B,C,D.. up until Z with a space in between the two words. Data 1 column has 1,000 rows, Data A,B,C,D-Z has up-to 300 rows each. So I believe around about 300k variations.

For context Data 1 is a City, Data: A,B,C,D-Z is a keyword.

I am aiming to create a list of these variations

Can anyone help?
