column on left & #### signs auto populating

Question

Two questions. Sorry I don't know the terminology so I will try to make my baby talk understandable as possible.

This is a mileage log I found on the net a few years ago. It is set up to be numbered for a month - the left hand column goes to 31. How can that be extended so I can use the same without it stopping at 31? So I can use the same page for a year or what ever?

Next question. Now the column where I put the dates are filling with ######. Just started today.

kr6el&nbsp;If you could upload the template, that would help. Remove any of your own real data though.&nbsp;Edit: I believe I found your template. Can't see any rescriction to 31 rows though. It's a structured table and you can keep adding records to the bottom of it and all should expand automatically.&nbsp;The #####, however, in the Date column may arise if the column width is set to narrow.Widen column B to get red of the ####&nbsp;

Riny_van_Eekelen&nbsp;&nbsp;Thanks for looking at this. Here is a copy.&nbsp;BTW it is set up like a monthly entry. After about 31 entries that is all it will accept.

kr6el&nbsp;Well, somebody butchered the original template that had a structured table capturing all the data. The file you uploaded had all of the intelligence removed. I reinstated a structured table, with structured references and removed all the merged cells in the header rows. See if it works for you.
