kr6el If you could upload the template, that would help. Remove any of your own real data though.
Edit: I believe I found your template. Can't see any rescriction to 31 rows though. It's a structured table and you can keep adding records to the bottom of it and all should expand automatically.
The #####, however, in the Date column may arise if the column width is set to narrow.
Widen column B to get red of the ####

BTW it is set up like a monthly entry. After about 31 entries that is all it will accept.
kr6el Well, somebody butchered the original template that had a structured table capturing all the data. The file you uploaded had all of the intelligence removed. I reinstated a structured table, with structured references and removed all the merged cells in the header rows. See if it works for you.
