BTW it is set up like a monthly entry. After about 31 entries that is all it will accept.
kr6el Well, somebody butchered the original template that had a structured table capturing all the data. The file you uploaded had all of the intelligence removed. I reinstated a structured table, with structured references and removed all the merged cells in the header rows. See if it works for you.

The odometer is totaling backwards. For example - starting 100 miles, finish 200 miles = -100 miles
