Circular rferencies
Thank you for the tip, but after contacting a third party such as PerfectXL and they confess never had the problem and that there software's are only for stand alone workbooks.
I continue my investigations and if I succeed I wil tell the community.

You could possibly do a repair, not sure if that will help, but it might be worth a try.
In the end, in order to be able to submit a precise solution proposal, it would make sense to look at the file (without sensitive data).
Make a file without sensitive data from the existing file (delete all internal data and replace with imagery data), if the file repeats the problem, then it would still be possible to send it.
To be on the safe side, copy your original file and do the tests there.
If the problem does not recur, it means that there is a linked formula in some cell, as Mr.Sergei Baklan has already mentioned.

my silence don't mean that I am no more interesting. I trying every tip that I received (and for which i am thankful), but I am very busy and I have a lot to try. Unfortunately without succes (till now)

I am happy to tell You that I solve the problem with using PERFECTXL Risk Finder. I submit each of my excel files to the analyse of the Risk finder and I was astonished by the number of excel faults mentioned. This is a great tool and a very great help. After the corrections the problem disappears and I do not really know which was exactly the faulty cell(s).
In any case the number of dangerous and faulty formulas results were above my expectations. Growing for 23 years and passed through several excel versions my programs were instable and without this software I will never discover it.
By this way I thanks everyone who gives me hints and help and specially Mr Joel Steendam who provides me the Prefect XL programs.
This program should be in the computer of each one who use daily Excel.
