You can either go to 'Select Data' and click Add Series and select the X and Y ranges to add, or a trick I like to use is select those 2 columns and COPY and then right click on graph and hit paste special, then you make sure New series, Columns, and X Values in First Column are selected and hit OK
Click on the chart.
On the Chart Design tab of the ribbon, click Select Data.
Select a Series and click Edit.
You'll see how the ranges for the x-values and y-values have been chosen.
What , I did is , so Clicked H & I, then Insert Scatter-plot and got (3) , but not sure after this how to achieve what you prepared.
