"Chart Recommendations" feature does not exist on Excel Web
I can not find the "Chart Recommendations" feature on Office Excel 365 WEB. It indicates on https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-a-chart-with-recommended-charts-cd131b77-79c7-4537-a438-8db20cea84c0#ID0EBBH=Web that this feature exists. I am not sure if it is a version problem, the feature does not exist any more, or a problem in my interface.

Nagato , so, you have to have such feature. I'd repeat your question on answers.microsoft.com, they are are more close to support. Or, if you have such option in your subscription, contact support directly. Don't forget to mention on which exactly subscription you are and what are your regional settings on web.
On this resource are people like you, which have more or less experience compare to ones who ask. Answers are based on our experience, but we have no direct contacts to Microsoft.

Nagato , strange, I have it both on consumer and business subscriptions for Excel for Web.
The only, are you sure your regional and languages setting on web (not for desktop apps) is one of these:

The "Chart Recommendations" feature is not available in Excel for the web. This feature is exclusive to the Excel desktop application…so far i know.
