Cell Styles - Custom

Our office has gone to mostly cloud based how do you create an custom cell style in the office 365 excel online in cloud? There is no MORE option in the Cell area. If I cant get this to work I can't convince my team to switch from the old desktop excel which keeps password protecting & locking & corrupting itself to this online cloud based excel option. 

And these are the options I have right now but thats because I uploaded this excel but I need to add more.
