Cell references do not display
Hello,
I think my question is so simple that no one has ever posted an answer to it.
I am trying to reference a range of cells from another sheet in the same workbook. In my current sheet, I need the data in cells B2:D2 to display the same data from another sheet A2:C2. I have tried ='Group Calendar'!A3:C3 and I get the #VALUE error. Can you please help?
I don't need to operate this data, just display it in three adjacent cells the way it is displayed in another sheet. Thank you.
Best, gabrielsolomon7

Why do reference A3:C3 if you want data from A2:C2?
In B2:
='Group Calendar'!A3And copy to the right.
- gabrielsolomon7Copper ContributorHello, thanks for replying,
I'm trying to get sheet 1 data A2:C2 to display in sheet 2 B2:D2. When I enter ='Group Calendar'!A2:C2 only the data from the leftmost cell is displayed.- SergeiBaklanDiamond Contributor
That means your Excel doesn't support dynamic arrays. Simplest way add to B2 ='Group Calendar'!A2 and drag to the right.
