CELL FORMAT CHANGE

I found how to change setting in the imported file ( exploring around some of your previous ideas - i.e. text to column, decimal separator, ... ).

It works now. I have downloaded the workbook.
If you set the horizontal alignment to General, you'll see that all values are left-aligned. This indicates that Excel does indeed treat the values as text.
Try the following:
- Select an empty cell.
- Copy it.
- Select the data (in the sample workbook C11:R13).
- Click the lower half of the Paste button on the Home tab of the ribbon.
- Select 'Paste Special...'
- Under Operation, click Add.
- Click OK.

what kind of system setting could cause,
in imported file,
NO CHANGE in the number of decimal numbers?

It might be caused by a difference in system settings.

This shows that Excel sees them as numbers.

I downloaded the same file but:
1) I tried to set horizontal alignment ... I did't see any change (no left - aligned);
2) in the sample workbook C11:R13 ... the cell is empty ... what is the sense for "add" operation?
