Cell coming up blank

I have a sheet in a workbook that is a worksheet, and then another sheet that shows results. My formula in cell 'Calo Programs KPIs'M28 is "='Daily Worksheet'!F11" and when the text is "Brian Rogers 2:45 pm" it works; however, if the text is "Brian Rogers 3:30 pm" it comes up blank.
