Can't get "less than" formula to work
I am trying to highlight cells that contain dates less than TODAY(). I've used the "Cells that contain..."less then" functionality and just a straight formula functionality and can't get them to highlight either way. Here's the attached file and here's the screenshot of it not working. It's like it doesn't know when TODAY() is. What am I dong wrong?
AS2021 Your "dates" are in fact texts. Have transformed them to real dates (using Text-to-columns) and your CF rules work as expected. See attached.
