Cannot Unblock Macros from Shared Onedrive folder

Hello,
We have a shared folder and despite trawling the internet I cannot find a solution where i can run macros i created on a spreadsheet created and saved in a shared folder on onedrive. I have ben doing this without issue for years, until recently. I have tried the right mouse click on the file and there is no option to unblock.
Can anyone help please.
