Can not found xlookup function?

Hi,

     I want to ask you if I have downloaded office professional plus 2021/office home & business/professional plus from school portal. But why the excel isn't the same as the course use. My excel can not find some functions like xlookup..etc.
     Does excel can use on web(one drive) and also on PC?
