Call table names

Hi Folks,

Is it possible to call all the table names in an excel workbook without using a macro?
I want to use this feature in an IOS mobile device

    You can get a list of all table names as mentioned below:

    Click on Formula >>>> Use in Formula >>>> Paste Names >>> Paste List .
