Calculating overtime rates.
Hello,
I'm trying to find a formula to determine overtime. If I'm entering start and end times the pay rate changes at certain hours.
For example:
Midnight to 5am is 1.5x standard rate
5am to 5pm is standard rate
5pm to Midnight is 1.25x standard rate
If I'm working 4am till 7pm I don't know how to determine the total.
There was a slight error in the attachment to my previous reply (not in the formula but in the end times), so I have updated it.
