    Format the cell with the formula as a percentage.

Same formula (other than SUMPRODUCT which is no longer needed in 365); different style.

= LET(
      cocktailVolume,  SUM(Quantity),
      cocktailAlcohol, SUM(Quantity*ABV_bottle),
      ABV, cocktailAlcohol / cocktailVolume,
      ABV
   )
