BUG with the function se

Hi, I'm trying to perform the se function however  when I finish to type the command and I hit enter it appears that the formula contains an error. However if I use another pc the formula works! Can someone help me please? I don't want to unistall excel because it was included with the pc and so I don't know how I can reinstall, in addition reinstall could also not work.
