Bar Chart from Scatter Plot / or another solution

Hi!

I have a washing system, which cosists of 5 levels, each of them will be turned on different times. Each cleaning is 6 minutes so an option with making the bars fatter should work as a workaround, but the frequency differs between the cleanings. I'd like to have a chart, where I can show cleaning bars. 

The data in Excel can be formatted any needed way i think, currently there are 3 rows for each cleaning level (start, 1, stop), 1 is used for my current workaround option.
