It seems you're trying to use a english formula whereas you're working on a spanish setup.
The function CELL can translate to CELDA. You can trust the following http://cherbe.free.fr/traduc_fonctions_xl97.html to figure out functions translations ( I'm not aware of a similar microsoft resource).
I don't know for the keyword "filename", fichero ?
