Average for group of people in different divisions

Hi all, I'm hoping somebody can help with this?

I need an average score for each person, in each of the different divsions they compete in

Sample table below

Player 1 when competing in yellow division = what is their average score?

Player 1 when competing in green division = what is their average score?

Player 2 when competing in yellow division = what is their average score?  and so on

I have a huge excel spreadsheet, how do I do this quickly?
