Available balance in Credit Card

Hi 

I am trying to make an excel sheet for my company's daily credit card transactions.

How i want this to work is that everytime a transaction is added in the list (debit or credit) the available balance should be automatically updated in a designated cell on top of the sheet.

Is this possible through any of the excel functions?
