Autopopulation stops after several rows

I have exactly the same issue. Once I get about 70 - 80 rows into an excel document, it no longer auto populates, which can get really annoying if its something difficult to write like Oesophagus or Myelodisplasia. It has nothing to do with how much further up the document the word last appears (it doesn't even work on the next line) and it's not spelling, as I have made sure previous entries are all the exact same. It always happens around row 80 on my spreadsheet.
