Automatically Copy and Paste data from one column to another based on time

Column A has been hidden with "Technician Names" to protect the innocent. (These are irrelevant to the question.)

So, I have a sheet that gets updated manually (Columns B:D). Column E updates automatically based on numbers entered in B:D. Cell B:19 has the current time displayed. This updates automatically after each manual update. Columns F:L have the results of Column E at the specific time (according to header label). 

Simply put, I am trying to figure out a way to have the results of Column E automatically pasted into the appropriate column depending on the the specific times.

(ie. if I'm updating columns B:D at various intervals throughout the day, I would like whatever the results were at the specified times (noon, 1PM, 2PM, etc.) to be automatically transferred to the appropriate column at the exact time specified.)

I've always been long-winded, so I apologize if there was a way to ask this question in less words. I just wanted to make sure I specified the details of my inquiry.

Your help would be greatly appreciated. I'm hoping that an answer to this question would teach me something that I might use in a future endeavor.
