Automatic update via VBA programming

Question

Hi!&nbsp;Is there any VBA programming for an automatic update of the lines or fields?I got an shortcut of a client "Max" from excel in word. If i write "Max" in the field in word it should show me automatically the contact details of "Max". But now i always have to press CTRL + A and F9. Is there any automatic update via VBA programming possible?Thanks in advance.&nbsp;Best regards,Heinrich&nbsp;
