automatic filling of multiple rows and columns and filters

good morning
I need some little information.
I have this file.
this file consists of 3 sheets.
on the first 4 columns there is a tree structure with the same items but arranged on different lines.
I should apply filters to help me in the search for the different parameters present in these sheets.
I was thinking of macros but I'm new to using excel.
can you advise me?
