Autofilter and Protected Sheets

Hi, 

We are a manufacturing company, we have master spreadsheets on Sharepoint.

These spreadsheets have multiple users and certain cells are password protected to certain users depending on their use of the spreadsheet. These users are able to set filters within the sheet. Our problem is the clear all filters button / action no longer works when there are multiple filters. They have to manually undo filters from cells they have set them on.  

Is there anyway around this?
