Auto Fill Col Based on Adj cell

Good Afternoon

Hoping Someone can help here.

I am trying to make a Booking Diary, So far I have written the Script for the Dates so it only show the data for the day you click on.

What I want to do now is Auto the contents of a Cell based on a Number in the adjacent one

What I looking for is in the Text in the Customer Name cell D5 to be filled down based on the Job Time in E5. Each Cell equates to 0.1 Hr (6Mins). If someone puts STEVE in D5 and 1.0 in E5 it then fills STEVE down to D15 (however only if it doesnt clash with another name) then finally BOXES it in.

I am only Just learning VBA so not sure where to start with this
