Assigning values to a set number of cells
I need a formula that will take a data that has values assigned to them and arrange it on set up cells in order.
Example:
q - 7
w - 4
e - 6
r - 8
I need it to read that and then arrange in cells in a set range of cells (lets say 16 x 😎 7 cells with a q's, then 4 cells with a w, then 6 with an e, etc. Is this even possible, I feel like it is but cant figure it out.
Any help would be appreciated!

I recommend that you manually enter your desired results and explain the logic thereof. It is such logic that dictates the formula to return your desired results. Needless to say, you won't obtain any suggested formula without your explanation of the logic of your desired results,
- sounds interesting but I couldn't figure out what exactly you need. Also looked at the file but I'm still struggling to understand the requirement.
