Age calculation
I have also encountered the ?NAME error. When I type in the formula, it prompts me for the correct info; but I cannot get it to return results. Has anyone found a solution for this?

HansVogelaar sorry to not respond. I'm in coaching season right now, so had to back-burner this for a few weeks. I will come back around to this in June.
Could you attach a sample workbook demonstrating the problem to a reply, or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?
Thanks for your reply. I designated the current date as "end_date" and the column of birth dates as "start_date" - it did not change the result.
DOB should either be a defined name or be replaced with a reference to the cell containing the date of birth.
