Add up availability per month

Hi everyone

I have a overview about the availability of several person. On each day, the person is wether availabile (1) or not (0). Every Column in excel is one day from a specific month. See following picture

The Dates are until end of the year.

I want now for each month a summary of the available days for each person. How can I do that in Excel?
