Add a picture to Excel comments

I am trying to add a picture to my Excel spreadsheet.  I have watched the tutorial and found information on how it should be done, but I only have the option (when I format a cell) as the FONT - It does not give me all of the options that are shown in the video that should appear.  I have tried to add in options to my ribbon line thinking something there would include in that format - but nothing works... I'm ready to throw my laptop across the room!!! I'd really like to talk to someone who can tell me what is missing from my Office 365 Excel that would make this possible.

When I used my old laptop in the past this was a very easy process to accomplish - but Windows 10 seems to be lacking something to make this an easy thing to do!!!

Yes - I'm FRUSTRATED!!

If you mean old style comment which is now called Note, when most probably as in tutorial you read

If you mean "modern" comments like

there is no such functionality, you can't add picture as background.

use a screen capture program to capture your picture and paste it on to the sheet.

It should be done via a simple copying the picture and pasting it in excel.
Though I do not use Excel365, but I think it should be same process there as well.
