Actual vs Budget using Clustered Column Chart
Hi. I have a new challenge -- trying to find the best way to showcase Act vs Budget. I saw a chart online which looks pretty good. Problem is, I cannot somehow copy the steps although it seems pretty simple enough. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong (I've done it a few times but never end up where I should be). File attached. Any thoughts on which step I'm doing wrong, would be very helpful. Thank you in advance.

Change type on Stacked Columns
Budget and Positive Var on one axis, Actual and negative on another
After that play with series overlaps and gaps
Don't forget to place data in proper order
That's only to show the way, I didn't finalize the chart
