A unique de-dupe challenge..
Dear Excel Community, I have a unique de-dupe challenge: I need to find all the duplicate values in the ID column and then look at the date column and remove all the duplicate rows EXCEPT the row wit...
A relatively easy way to do this:
- Sort the data by ID and Date (newest to oldest on the latter).
- On the Data tab of the ribbon, select Remove Duplicates.
Clear the check boxes for all columns except ID
Click OK.
