A relatively easy way to do this:
- Sort the data by ID and Date (newest to oldest on the latter).
- On the Data tab of the ribbon, select Remove Duplicates.
Clear the check boxes for all columns except ID
Click OK.
- Sort the data by ID and Date (newest to oldest on the latter).
