chris195 Not sure if I understood but I believe that the formula below does what you need.

=INDEX(XVERWEIS(I5;M4:O4;M5:O10);VERGLEICH(I6&I7;L5:L10&K5:K10;0))

in English Excel:
=INDEX(XLOOKUP(I5,M4:O4,M5:O10),MATCH(I6&I7,L5:L10&K5:K10,0))
