How can I open / import the data and formulas from my .wdb file.

Its a fairly simple file I use to import employee time tracking based on a project name and then I can generate reports based on that data like from certain date ranges all the hours worked on a single project to bill my customer and then also smaller date ranges like bi weekly per employee so i can pay them
