One option is to use a helper column.
In BA2:
=AY2&" "&ZZ2
Fill down.
Change the COUNTIFS formula in AY10 to
=COUNTIFS($AX$2:$AX$6, ">="&$AT$2, $AX2:$AX$6, "<="&$AU$2, $BA$2:$BA$6, $AX10)
Fill down.
