Christie1991 Start by describing how the commission would be calculated. In other works, what is the calculation you would do on a piece of paper or with a calculator? Then, I'm sure someone here can make a working formula for your template.

Christie1991 Yes, that's right! But.... if you want to be able to copy the formula down the column you need to fix the reference to C2 by adding dollar signs. I've added some formulae in your file (re-attach). See what happens when you leave out the dollar-signs and copy the formula in F5. Doing is the best way of learning!
