Tag a Commercial tenant to Nonprofit.
- Feb 26, 2024
It is possible, and we have customers who have been through the same scenario.
In one instance, Microsoft removed the eligibility and the customer had to go through the process of re-activating it against what was now a commercial only tenant.
As this must be actioned/requested by the customer (via TechSoup), may I ask if they requested this for their existing tenant?
In Partner Center, once you are a CSP for the customer tenant, you will see the non-profit eligibility on their account view.
If you do not see the eligibility, I would check the tenant ID you have versus the ID the customer has.
Get proof from the customer and send that to Microsoft on the ticket you already have open.
Grace_Chang Ian_DrewMSFT Risa_Coleman Just and FYI- the issue seems to be resolved, but wanted you to be aware! 🙂
MBenton we also have a Partners for social Impact (non-profit) discussion board along with the Non-profit community if you would like to follow those!
