CSP Direct bill application
Almost 3.5 months ago we started the application to become a direct bill partner. We finished the audit and our application was sent to Microsoft to make the final decision. Since it was over to Microsoft we have not heard anything and have had no feed back. Is there anyway we can get a status update or information on the hold up?

Unfortunately, I'm unable to troubleshoot the status of your application.
My suggestion is that you review the direct bill steps to ensure that you've completed each step; otherwise, you will need to submit a support ticket & select "billing" as your category:
