    Microsoft does not support in this case, no. Only your CSP Provider can support for any billing issues you have with them or with Microsoft.

        JRNAdmin the team I contacted said:

         

        "We encourage you to request assistance from your indirect provider with licensing questions, and if the indirect provider cannot address the questions, you may want to submit a partner support request. Microsoft is unable to assist with billing issues associated with the indirect provider's monthly invoicing to the reseller."
