Looks like nobody has an answer to this, not even the MS concierge team ?
- MartijnElfersAug 02, 2024Bronze ContributorI believe the TCO is only a helpful tool to get a costs estimation of such migration to D365. The TCO calculator now also includes Zoho and Sugar systems, but this does not limit the eligible customer products to only these 3 products I believe. It's just to help you calculate based on these systems, probably because they're more common and because Microsoft knows the licensing costs of these systems.
Any documentation I'm reading says: "[...] migrating their CRM to Dynamics 365 [...]". To me that sounds like it can be anything, be it Excel, Monday.com or other 3rd party applications.
