Performance review - HR license
What license is required for performance reviews? Will a user need HR license or will HR Self serve, or Team member license suffice?
- DeletedMay 02, 2024Hello,
That kind of depends. Creators of performance reviews are typically profiled along the lines of a HR manager and would need the full HR product in order to have that capability. However, if an employee wants to view their performance review that was published by the aforementioned role, that could be at minimum a Team Member sub, but also the HR Self Service or Ops Activity.
